FIRST TIMERS/VIRGINS: 4 new comers at the hash today namely Helmut and Lisa from Germany and Jim and Marion from Dubai.

SECOND TIMERS: Really sorry for you DODOCOP, no second timers today…DOWN DOWN to our GM….He is to the siner!!!

Before welcoming our RA, GM announced that Lord Bob would not be there for the next hash and hence he asked if any hasher could volunteer to bring one box of beers for next hash…Besides our GM (who isn’t supposed, because of his professional activity, to have alcohol in his car but who still volunteered), no one else volunteered…

RA’s PART

A little story for you hashers… “Snow White and the seven dwarfs”

One day the seven dwarfs went off to work in their salt mine, while Snow White stayed at home as usual to cook their lunch.

However, sometime later, when she went to the mine to deliver their lunches, she found there had been a cave-in, and there was no sign of any of the dwarfs.

Tearfully, Snow White shouted down the mine shaft:

“Hello – is anyone there…Can you hear me, Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Happy, Grumpy or Sneezy? (She knew it would be no good calling Sleepy.)

Then a voice floated up from the bowels of the mine:

“England will win the 2010 World Cup”.

“Thank God” said Snow White, “at least Dopey’s still alive!”

MORAL OF THE STORY: “DON’T STOP BELIEVING IN MIRACLES”

That’s an opportunity for our RA, talking about soccer teams and miracles…he called 3 siners who had shown their favouritism to world cup teams…come on here Thierry, Karl Heinz and Marilyn, DOWN DOWN to those siners…

Two more siners today…Alan and Etienne had been too creative during this hash, those hashers dared to reinvent the trail today…DOWN DOWN for those siners….

SPECIAL HASH

The circle was made aware that today was a special hash as we were celebrating 5 birthdays which took place during the week…Birthday hashers come in the middle of the circle for your gift!!! Jackie, Bob, Ian, Henriette and Philida were greeted with a DOWN DOWN…

CHAMPAGNE WAS SERVED…
Dodocop thanked Jackie and Ian for the champagne and today’s hash cooks.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Our RA announced that committee members will soon face re-election…he specially mentioned that it was always the same hashers who presented themselves for re-election and that the circle should, before next hash, propose fresh names to take over the current office bearers.
