It was an excellent hash. Well done Martin for setting the trail and organising the food as well. Some hashers brought the salads and others helped for the barbecue. While the meat was being cooked, a volley-ball match took place in the school yard between the red ants/black ants. The red ants finally won the match. We had a pleasant afternoon which ended round half past four.
Our Grand Master was lucky, Rajiv joined us for the second time and was rewarded by a down-down. Claude brought a bizarre apparatus (it looked like a drip). He had been complaining to our R.A about the hash for we did not feel like adopting his invention. John asked him to act as a guinea pig which he accepted and of course, it turned out to be a flop. John told him to bring it back home as a souvenir. It was just hilarious.
Our R.A celebrated the 20th wedding anniversary of Philida and Jean the hash way i.e anointing them with beer and they were congratulated by a down-down.
Alan met Andy in England while he was on holiday. Andy send his best wishes to all the Mauritian hashers and will be in Mauritius in September. It will be a pleasure to see him again.
Phil and Annelise are setting the next hash.
