Held at La Ferme Reservoir, near Bambous village. Hares Etienne & Rey.
A very good and looooong run all round the lake and for the “runners” up to the top of the embankment behind the lake and down again beside the hydro power pipe. Probably about 6km in all. No false trails or back checks (or short cuts) as the trail was quite long enough without these extras.
Many thanks to the high stamina hares. Also thanks to Anna and Rainer for the nice food.

Special down-down
To the hares (Etienne, Rey & Claire) for setting a real challenging run (hike). Claire declared that she had nothing to do with it all but accepted to take a water down-down to save her father from enduring a down-down from Blob’s shoe! She didn’t want him to get sick because they are planning an overseas holiday togeather soon. What family solidarity!

Blob – for peeing on the trail – yes, right on the path where everyone had to climb up the rocks on all fours!

To proceed there From St Pierre, take the road to Ripailles / Nouvelle Decouverte to L’Avenir.
After crossing the bridge, look for the HASH signs.
Those from the North, better to come via la Nicoliere. Take the road to St Pierre, after Beau Bois, look for Hash signs.
