On On:
Important comments from RA
*The RA was deeply perturbed by, quote:”Funny Markings on the Hash”
= (check) = (Ladies’ Hold) = (On In)
* We were all notified that as from now we are members of the “F— Are We Club”.
This was inspired by the Hare who was economical with hash markings causing Hashers to get lost and calling “Where the F— are we? led by Dodocop, no less!!
RA’s Down’s Down’s:
Hares Front and Centre: For a well researched Hash.
All categories of Hashers were well catered for. Hash aids were provided for Hashers to negotiate the challenging parts of the trail. There was mud galore. Alternative tracks for wimps and super wimps. Varied landscape and views. Verdict: 9/10.
Sinners:
* Capetownian for exhibiting his Hash Stamp tattooed in a compromising part of his body.
* Gilbert “DodoCop” for calling On On off trail.
* Jacques for activating his alarm on the run!!
* Sandeep , on behalf of his Sandeep Junior who was whistling . When asked why, he said he was guiding the other hashers.
* Ice maiden and Suzy Wong for emulating Mary Poppins , walking around with brollies.
* Kevin for cheating and changing the number in Number Box. As a result many hashers got lost.
Smelly Blue T Shirt:
Pieter Chose Etienne as his lucky successor , probably for setting a nice Hash.
Children’s Award:
In good World Cup Spirit, Captain Nimo donated a Symbolic Football as a new award. The previous award has gone walkabouts. The lucky winner of the new award was Suzy Wong for running the full Hash.
Farewell:
Sadly we all had to say good bye to Our Ex GM, Kevin and his good wife Brigitte. They are going to greener pastures (Australia). As a thank you for good service to the Mauritian Hash for 8 years, they were offered a farewell drink from the traditional pot. We are all cordially invited to visit them in Sydney provided we take our tents with us.
Presentation:
Thunderball presented the GM with a Cape Town Hash T Shirt (1100th run). We are all invited to the Cape Town Hash.

Clemencia Hash.
Take the road through Moka, St Pierre towards Quartier Militaire.
After Quartier Militaire, take the A7 road (East) towards Flacq. After 7km pass through the village of Camp de Masque. Shortly after, look for a filling station on the left. Turn right (Hash sign) towards Clemencia (7kms). At the village look for Hash signs to the right which will lead you to a secluded football pitch for shelter and parking.
