Dear Fellow Hashers
I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. With just one moon’s cycle separating us from our forthcoming expedition, The Outdoor Adventure, slated for the 13th of July, 2024, anticipation fills the air.
This time, our journey will lead us to the shores of an East Coast beach. We’ve made arrangements to secure a mode of transport, departing promptly at 8 am from a designated rendezvous point (either the familiar last time same spot or Bagatelle—final confirmation pending). Additionally, a secondary pickup point will be established at Flacq around 9 am to accommodate those traveling from the northern regions.
Our aim is to arrive at the East Coast beach by 9:30 am, granting us the entirety of the day to revel in adventure. The return journey is scheduled for 4 pm, ensuring arrival at the initial pickup point by approximately 5:30 pm.
In keeping with tradition, this will be a “bring your own” affair, although collaborative efforts for a communal menu are encouraged among attendees. To secure your participation, please confirm your attendance no later than Run 910 on the 7th of July, 2024. Alternatively, you can express your intent to join via our designated WhatsApp groups, accessible immediately.
Please note that availability is limited to 55 individuals and is exclusively open to our esteemed regular Hashers. Details regarding the bus fare will be communicated in due course, contingent upon the number of participants.
We eagerly anticipate another remarkable gathering and look forward to your presence.
