Venue: Riviere des creoles (Mahebourg) Hare(s): Leslie and Anand New comers: Daniel and Liza Mootoo from England Eileen and Evert from Holland Raj from England Marceline and Ken from Australia Joyce Bishop (Ed's mum) Norman and Eryn from England Alan was our grandmaster this Sunday, Clarence being in Dubai for business (in fact he is buying our christmas gifts). Alan thanked the hares for the excellent hash and the ladies who supplied
the food. He told the hashers that he noticed the food was being provided
by the same persons every time. Isabelle Joseph is setting the next hash at Forest-Side on 11th December. Alan reminded the hashers that the Red Dress Run will be held on Saturday
the 17th of December at our grandmaster's house (thanks to Clarence
and Claudia). Hares and Harriets must wear a red dress (red underwear included). Our religious and sex advisor John will maintain a strict control over the ladies... The virgins were asked to present themselves and the second-timers had
a dd. Alan asked our R.A to take over as he was waiting patiently to perform. John said that the hashers complained that he did not talk enough about sex (why did you say that Bob?). He found out that Eric looked like a gazelle and Leslie a young stag...We were granted a chapter of the "Song of Songs" from the Holy Bible. Jean and Philida, Vidya, Eric and his wife, Gilbert and myself were baptised by John and received a certificate of Hasher-Second Grade for having participated at more than 50 runs. Regrettably Marie-Andree was absent and we did not receive our tee-shirt. Claudia our hash-cash lady handed the blue tee-shirt to Claudia, our grand mistress. She never had it before and she is lucky it is still clean. Nirupa, Vidya's daughter, has been given a hash name: "Procedural Mistake" suggested by Jackie, as she is a barrister. See u next Sunday at Forest-Side. Your edit Hare Henriette.
Announcements: 1. There is an alternative "Sunset Hash" once every 4 weeks (arranged not to coincide with this Hash). Held at 4pm on Saturdays. 2. Would hashers please note that there is a deposit ( money ! ) on glass bottles (beer, softies). Please put them in the crates, do not leave them on the beach or with the rubbish (or even take them home).
