It was a beautiful Sunday and Tom and Ruth offered their courtyard, complete with 'piscine', for the circle. It was very pleasant. Thanks to this nice couple.
As usual, the second timers had their down-down but Martin volunteered to drink the beer for his daughter Linda (18 months old).
Barry decided to have a down-down because he arrived late and he ran the hash in reverse. Tom, our sex-adviser was already feeling miserable as next week would be his last hash in Mauritius, so he talked about love and respect ... but nevertheless he still had his formidable, pump-up, space-age, semi-automatic water cannon which proves very effective at obtaining attention from the noisy crowd.
He ended with a fun game (boat race) between the Kiwis, the English folks and the Mauritian guys: which group could drink the fastest ... they all gulped down their beer and victory came to the Mauritians by a short gulp!
Tomek gratefully accepted the brand new (not yet smelly) blue tee-shirt.
Vidya kindly offered a beach umbrella to our grand master. It will help too for the rainy Sundays. Thank you Vidya.

The food was supplied by Namsouk who had cooked her noodles so well that they were all transparent.

The next hash will be set by Alan & Gilbert 'Dodo Cop' on the 3rd of July.

1. There is an alternative "Sunset Hash" once every 4 weeks (arranged not to coincide with this Hash). Held at 4pm on Saturdays.

2. Would hashers please note that there is a deposit ( money ! ) on glass bottles (beer, softies). Please put them in the crates, do not leave them on the beach or with the rubbish (or even take them home).
